Castillo de Monjardín Pinot Noir comes from the El Cerezo vineyard, at around 600 metres above sea level, with clay soils and a cool climate: ideal conditions for this delicate grape variety. Harvested at night and aged for 9 months in oak, it is a refined red that stands out in the Navarra landscape.
