What wines do you sell?
We offer a selection of Italian, Spanish and Canarian wines, carefully chosen to bring you quality and variety for every occasion.
Do you ship outside the Canary Islands?
No. We only deliver within the Canary Islands, by Correos, to the address you provide at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on the weight of your order: €10 for 1–3 bottles, €20 for 4–6, €30 for 7–9, €40 for 10–12 and €50 for 13–15. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more and is applied automatically. You will find full details on the Shipping and Delivery page.
Do you have a physical shop? Can I collect my order?
We are an online-only shop with no physical store. However, you can collect your order free of charge from our pickup point in Los Gigantes (Tenerife) by choosing this option at checkout: see the Pickup Point page.
When will I receive my order?
We prepare your order as quickly as possible. When it ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card through a secure payment gateway.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at info@vinocanary.es or on WhatsApp at +34 643 96 66 32, attaching photos of the parcel and the products, and we will help you sort it out.
Where can I find ingredients and nutrition information?
On each product page, whenever this information is available.
Do I need to be over 18 to buy?
Yes. We only sell alcoholic drinks to people aged 18 or over, and the courier may ask for proof of identity on delivery.
