3. Orders and Payments
3.1 When placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description or price, or errors in your order.
3.3 Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4.2 You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
5.2 To start a return, you must contact our customer service team at info@vinocanary.es and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of VinoCanary or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
