Young Chardonnay from Navarra, fresh and intense.
Castillo de Monjardín Chardonnay comes from Finca El Cerezo, at around 650 metres above sea level, on clay soils. Harvested at night to preserve its freshness, it is a young white with an intense nose and a lively palate.
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
