Bodegas Castillo de Monjardín is located in Villamayor de Monjardín, in Tierra Estella (Navarra). This Rosado de Lágrima is made from Garnacha harvested in the cool of the night, using only the must that runs off by gravity (the “lágrima”, or teardrop), without pressing and with no time in oak. The result is a delicate, bright rosé with aromas of cherry, raspberry and floral notes, and a fresh, pleasant palate. A rosé for all year round, perfect with appetisers, tapas and starters.
