This white from Bodega Pirineos comes from vineyards in the Sierra de la Candelera, at the foot of the Sierra de Guara, in the D.O. Somontano. It blends Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to create a fresh, refined wine. It has a bright pale yellow colour and aromas of citrus, white flowers and fruit salad. On the palate it is smooth, friendly and very easy to drink. Serve at around 8 °C with rich cheeses, fried fish or vegetable puff pastries.
