Atlantic Albariño from the Salnés with mineral and floral nuances.
Pionero Mundi is an Albariño from the Val do Salnés (D.O. Rías Baixas), grown on sandy loam soils. It is made from hand-selected grapes and free-run must to bring out its mineral, herbaceous and floral nuances: a wine that clearly reflects its Atlantic origins.
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
