Piano di Montevergine is Feudi di San Gregorio’s Taurasi Riserva, an Aglianico from a single hillside vineyard aged for 24 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux. Deep ruby, with aromas of plum and redcurrant, balsamic and spicy notes, and a smooth, enveloping, mineral palate with elegant tannins and a long finish.
