Serpico is Feudi di San Gregorio’s flagship red: an Aglianico from an old vineyard known as “Dal Re”, made as a single-plot wine and aged for 18 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux. Ruby in colour, with aromas of cherry jam, sweet spice, liquorice, coffee and cocoa, and a balanced, mineral and remarkably long palate.

Ideal with chargrilled red meats, game, slow-cooked stews and well-aged cheeses.
