Castelo Rosé is a pale-coloured rosé made from Garnacha. Its aromas are delicate and fresh, and on the palate it is harmonious, flavourful and well balanced. A very enjoyable wine for aperitifs and Mediterranean cuisine.
Ideal with appetisers, salads, pasta, rice dishes and Asian cuisine.
