Andreola is a Valdobbiadene winery, and its Bollé range brings together fresh, easy-going sparkling wines. This Extra Dry is made from white grapes with gentle pressing and a second fermentation in large tanks, following the Martinotti method; it has 11 % vol. and around 15 g/l of residual sugar. Straw yellow with greenish glints and fine, persistent bubbles, it offers aromas of fresh and tropical fruit and yellow flowers. Soft and fresh, ideal as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
