Alma Non Dosato is a zero-dosage, traditional-method Franciacorta made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. It is the result of a collaboration between winemakers Francesca Moretti and Richard Geoffroy: fine bubbles, a broad yet linear palate and remarkable length.
