Few Spanish whites can handle Reserva-level ageing without losing their freshness: this is one of them. Thanks to the climate of the Valle de Monjardín (D.O. Navarra), the Chardonnay ferments in new French oak barrels from Allier and is aged for 14 months on its lees with frequent bâtonnage, before resting in bottle. A rich, rounded white of great aromatic complexity.
