“Heroic” Prosecco Superiore from Valdobbiadene, Extra Dry.
Andreola’s Dirupo comes from steep vineyards in Valdobbiadene, between 300 and 500 metres above sea level, which is why it is considered a “heroic” Prosecco. The Extra Dry version, with around 17 g/l of residual sugar, is soft, aromatic and very easy to enjoy.
Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, sushi, fried food and celebrations.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
