Castelo de Medina Verdejo comes from vineyards in Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid), in the heart of D.O. Rueda. Its sandy clay loam soils, rich in gravel, give the Verdejo grape an honest, aromatic character: a fresh, straightforward white that is very easy to enjoy.
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
