The Rosé belongs to Bellavista’s vintage collection, from one of Franciacorta’s benchmark houses. It combines around 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Nero, with base wines chosen from some 30 selections, some aged in small oak casks. It spends no less than 4 years in the cellar from harvest. Pale pink with fine bubbles, it shows white peach, wild strawberries, flowers and toasted bread; the palate is fleshy, dry and fresh.

Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, sushi, fried dishes and celebrations.
