Gallura, in north-eastern Sardinia, is the island’s only D.O.C.G., and its Vermentino is one of the great whites of the Mediterranean. Sella & Mosca’s Monteoro is creamy and complex, with white fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a pronounced granite minerality.
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads and fresh cheeses.
