A Vermentino from the Tuscan coast, very fresh and mineral.
With its Monte Bamboli range, the Petra winery expresses the authenticity of its vineyards on the Tuscan coast. This Vermentino is picked early to retain extraordinary freshness, while the sea breeze lends it a marked minerality. It is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on its lees, which give it volume and texture.
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
