Col d’Orcia, on the Sant’Angelo hill, is one of Montalcino’s historic estates. Its Brunello is made from Sangiovese from all its own vineyards and aged for 32 to 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by 6 to 12 months of bottle ageing. A red of great longevity with a classic, elegant profile. The magnum format allows slower development and is ideal for celebrations, red meat, game and aged cheeses.
