“Heroic” Prosecco Superiore from Valdobbiadene, Brut.
Andreola’s Dirupo comes from steeply sloping vineyards in Valdobbiadene, between 300 and 500 metres above sea level. The Brut version, with around 10 g/l of residual sugar, is drier and more versatile, suiting every palate.
Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, sushi, fried food and celebrations.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
