Salvano’s Barolo Riserva Millenium is a Nebbiolo from the Langhe with long barrel ageing and an extended period of bottle rest before release. In the glass it shows the complexity of great Barolo: dried rose, cherry in liqueur, liquorice and spice, with firm tannins, great structure and a very long finish.

Ideal with chargrilled red meat, game, slow-cooked stews and well-aged cheeses.
