Traditional-method rosé cava, fresh and intensely fruity.
Xenius Cava Brut Rosé is made from the Trepat grape using the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle. Fresh and full of red fruit, its name pays tribute to the writer Eugeni d’Ors, who signed his work as “Xènius”. A cheerful sparkling wine for toasting or to enjoy as an aperitif.
Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, sushi, fried dishes and celebrations.
