Sirch is a family winery in Cividale del Friuli. Its Pinot Grigio is made from 100 % of this grape variety, with gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel, without any oak. Bright yellow with faint pinkish glints, it offers aromas of jasmine and white wisteria alongside apricot, melon and white peach, over a balsamic background. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and savoury, with a finish of citrus and white fruit. Ideal with fish, seafood and starters.
